Mission Support is a dream that is finally coming true and it is amazing to be a part of it. This organization has been designed so that the good work and spirit of its founding lives on for hundreds of years as support for students, teachers, and first responders. It is truly hero dreams.

  1. Monetary donations
    1. Cash/Check donations are preferred at the current time​
    2. Many companies offer matching gift programs where they will match your contribution effectively doubling your gift
  2. Donations of assets
    1. Donating appreciated stocks or bonds can offer tax advantages. Speak with your financial advisor!
    2. While we are not set up to accept real estate donations at the moment, we would gladly work with your team.
  3. Planned giving
    1. If you are part of a Donor Advised Fund (DAF), please consider adding us to your portfolio of charities you've assisted.
    2. We are happy to work with charitable trusts in a similar manner.
    3. For information on how to leave a bequest in your will as a gift to Mission Support, just reach out!
  4. Other ways to give
    1. Remember, we are supporting students, teachers, and first responders! We are happy to help distribute donated items that would benefit these individuals or organizations. 
    2. In-kind gifts such as access to services that would benefit students, teachers, or first responders are also gladly accepted.

Funding Priorities

Mission Support provides support for, and encourages growth in, the areas of education, disaster response, and first response; three passions and careers of founder David Cruickshank. 

The specific objectives and purpose of this organization shall be:
  1. to provide support to exceptional students and inspirational teachers;
    1. Examples of this could include scholarships, financial support for continuing education fees, license and renewal fees, and needed equipment and uniforms.
    2. Examples of this could include supporting teachers with dream projects, innovative instruction, classroom supplies, or funding for unique field trips.
  2. to provide support for disaster relief operations, projects, and education;
    1. Examples of this could include direct disaster assistance, resources for disaster responders, equipment, or funding educational programs, outreach, or mentorship programs for emergency management.​
  3. to assist first responders with access to mental health resources.
    1. Examples of this could include funding critical incident stress debriefing programs, therapy sessions, and mental health programs aimed at first responders.
